Balfour Beatty is a world-class infrastructure services business. The company recently structured itself into four market-leading businesses in professional services, construction services, support services and infrastructure investments.
StrategicFusion was asked to help to define the Construction Services proposition and positioning in the UK.
We undertook a qualitative in-depth interview process with senior management within the division and at Group level, an extensive competitive analysis and a communications audit.
We created a differentiated positioning, created a visual styling for the business descriptor and designed the visual language. We produced a full suite of launch communication materials for internal and external audiences.
